A new play is set to open February 8th called "The Gin Game" . The play will run through March 2nd at the Pacheco Playhouse located in the Pacheco Shopping center, in Novato California.

Shirley and Norman Hall will co-star in the play as characters living in a retirement home. The Gin Game is based upon the original play as written by D.L. Coburn.

This husband and wife team have been waiting to fill these rolls for years and are happy now that they have their chance.

The play follows two seniors living in a state funded retirement home and follows the story of how their friendship develops. In the story Norman /Hall's character loves to play Gin Rummy but his new friend has never played the game, so he teaches her how much to his disappointment later because Shirley's Hall character becomes much more skilled at Gin Rummy.
